This office consolidation project was delivered in phases within an occupied workspace, requiring after-hours construction while maintaining full access to adjacent areas for staff and the public. Once each phase was completed, construction advanced to the next with minimal disruption. A major challenge was ensuring continuous mechanical and electrical services, which demanded close coordination with the client’s operations team to prevent interruptions.

Additionally, the project was located out of town, presenting logistical challenges due to limited access to qualified trades and materials. This required careful advance planning and coordination among multiple stakeholders to mitigate risk and maintain the schedule. The successful delivery of this project reflects a strong focus on logistics, stakeholder management, and operational continuity.
