The site’s remote location posed challenges in accessing qualified trades, requiring thorough pre-planning and coordination.

    An additional complexity involved the base building’s wood truss roof structure, which impacted wall assembly continuity. Several site-specific solutions were developed collaboratively with the consultant team and client to meet structural and performance requirements, ensuring successful execution despite logistical and structural constraints.
