This exterior upgrade project for a multi-residential complex involved the demolition of existing fencing, pouring of new concrete foundations, and the installation of new wood fencing around the perimeter of the property. The scope also included the supply and installation of concrete bollards to enhance site protection and delineation.

A key challenge was maintaining uninterrupted public access to sidewalks while ensuring the work zones were fully isolated from resident pathways. Careful site planning and phasing were implemented to ensure safety and minimize disruption to daily residential operations.
