This project involved a full office improvement within an existing commercial complex. The scope included construction of a reception area, LAN room, conference rooms, open workspace, and a kitchen. Early in the process, structural cracks in the floor were identified and had to be remediated before construction could begin.

Located on the second floor and surrounded by operational tenants, the project required careful after-hours and weekend concrete removal to minimize disruption. To facilitate concrete pumping, an existing window was removed and temporarily adapted for material access. Despite unforeseen site conditions and logistical challenges, the project was delivered successfully, with risks effectively managed and minimal impact to adjacent tenants.
