This three-floor office improvement project was completed in an operational workspace, requiring all noisy and dusty activities to be performed after hours, with the site cleaned and handed back to the client at the end of each shift. The scope included the construction of new conference rooms, mechanical and electrical modifications, upgrades to data and security infrastructure, installation of glass partition walls, acoustical walls, and ceiling panels, as well as coordination of workstation connections.
