This kitchen upgrade project was delivered for a 42-unit residential complex, executed in phases based on unit availability provided weekly by the property manager. Each phase had to be completed within a strict timeframe to ensure tenants could return to their units on schedule.

Despite the fast pace, quality was never compromised. Limited post-access to the units required a high standard of delivery, which was achieved through internal quality checks and detailed deficiency walkthroughs prior to turnover. As a result, the project was delivered with minimal deficiencies and within the required timelines.
