This project involved modifications to an existing office floor to prepare the space for a new tenant. The scope included demolition of existing partitions, mechanical and electrical system upgrades, construction of new offices, and installation of a security system, data infrastructure, and new interior finishes.

A key challenge was that the floor was shared with an active tenant during construction. To ensure uninterrupted operations, the construction zone was carefully isolated from the occupied areas, with strict separation measures and scheduling to maintain a safe and professional environment throughout the project.
